Incredible value: Just give it a chance!
My girlfriend and I decided to buy a new mattress at the beginning of the year. We settled on the Emma as it was considerably much cheaper than other mattress in a box brands.
Without a doubt one of the best mattresses out there -- bar none. Who knew there were even such a thing as awards for mattresses? Turns out there's a reason for them winning them in the first place.

quicker than I expected tbh
For my new flat I just bought a king single but it turns out I actually needed a double (haha it was my fault I forgot to use a tape measure)! Talking to their customer service was a breeze. I was able to return my mattress and place an order for a new double without the frustration.

Not sure why there are negative reviews but my experience has been nothing but smooth sailing! I couldn't find any reviews that mentioned action in the bedroom but let me say this bed is ideal & very supportive for that!

Give it time
A little disappointed with the mattress at first as it seemed a little too firm. But after a few weeks, the mattress started to shape into us. It’s extremely comfortable and once ‘broke in’ it feels great.
I’ve had a history with back issues and have had surgery previously. This mattress has great support and am no longer stiff when getting up in the mornings.

Had some issues with the delivery taking longer than expected but the mattress was worth it, comfortable and does not feel hot

Great mattress, easy to get up stairs
Great mattress. Always had a dodgy back and since I have had the mattress it has improved and my sleep as well!. Loved it arriving in such a small package, made it so easy to get up the stairs! I would recommend to anyone.

Patience is a virtue
I'm a naturally ask-everything-about-a-product-before-buying person, so it was great reaching out to Marlow who was really patient and thorough in explaining everything! In the end I settled for the queen and it's great so far.

My daughter loves it!
We bought this for our young daughter to replace a four year old sprung mattress that hadn’t lasted well. It was delivered within a couple of days and was easy to take out of the box. It quickly expanded and was ready to use. It’s firm and comfortable and the removable and washable cover is a bonus. We’ve had it for 2 months and it is still as good as new. Hopefully it will last for many years to come. Highly recommend.
