- We provide free delivery and returns for metro addresses. For regional areas, we kindly ask for a small non-refundable fee of $79 to help us bring your sleep essentials directly to you.

It's simple. You can test the Emma product for 150 nights to decide whether or not you are satisfied with it. If you realize that it's not for you, we're more than happy to arrange pick-up and refund 100% of the purchase price. Simply contact our Emma Care Representatives at support@emma-mattress.com.au to arrange a pick-up.
However, we do ask that you give yourself time to get used to your new Emma product for at least 3-4 weeks before sending it back.

We believe that our mattresses provide the perfect night's sleep for 99% of our customers. The mattress industry is aimed at confusing customers with excess supply, pushy sales tactics and high prices. We want to make sure your mattress buying experience is as simple and carefree as possible. That is why we offer everyone the chance to test the Emma Mattress for 150 nights risk-free. If you do not enjoy it, simply email us and we’ll pick it up free of charge.
No, it doesn’t. We want you to have the best sleep possible, and that should not include sleeping on noisy plastic. The Emma Mattress is vacuum-sealed in plastic and roll-packed for delivery to your home. Upon receiving your new Emma Mattress, carefully remove the plastic using a pair of scissors and set it aside. A guideline for how to properly unwrap your Emma is provided in your package as well. Within a few minutes, your mattress will magically self-inflate and will be ready for you to sleep on.
When you want to return your Emma Mattress, simply email our Emma Care Representatives. The mattress will be picked up by our return partner at zero cost to you as long as your collection address lies within our serviced delivery area. You will receive a refund within 14 days of pickup.
Given current circumstances, our courier partner requires that your Emma Mattress be wrapped in its plastic packaging prior to collection. We would also appreciate if the mattress is returned in good condition. Any mattress that has mould, dirt, stains, smells, or bed bug infestations are no longer eligible for a mattress return nor replacement.
Our 150-night trial allows customers to return their mattress within 150 nights from delivery if it does not meet expectations. Returns for convenience will not be available after the trial period. This does not affect the product’s warranty, so you will be able to return products with defects covered under the warranty conditions during or after the trial period.
If you want to exchange a mattress due to the wrong size DURING the 150-night trial, you will have to return the product under trial first and then order the correct size. Please contact our Emma Care Representatives, and we will be happy to guide you through the process, as well as help you get the mattress that best matches your sleep needs. AFTER the 150-nights, returns for size reasons will not be available.
Please remember to contact our Emma Care Representatives before the 150-night trial period ends, especially if you are expecting personal life events such as relocation, childbirth, and so on, as we cannot extend this trial period.
- You can’t return the original mattress, but you can place a new order for the preferred size and specifications.
The 150-night trial is designed to give customers sufficient time to experience and test their mattress and decide if it meets their needs. After this period, the mattress is considered fully used and is no longer eligible for return or exchange, except for defects covered by the terms of the product’s warranty.
