How long does the hypoallergenic feature last?

It may take up to 2 weeks before your new Emma Diamond Hybrid Mattress is fully coated with probiotics. But after that, your mattress will stay hypoallergenic permanently.

I'm not really allergic to anything. Would I need this mattress?
