What are the principal features of an Emma mattress?

All our mattresses are designed to be ergonomic - meaning they ensure spinal alignment, so you can be sure every mattress you buy doesn't cause orthopedic issues. Between the models, we've worked to deliver progressively more comfort, support, and thermal regulation through the addition of more innovative materials. On top of these, all our mattresses are designed to be motion-isolating, super easy to clean with removable covers, and made with materials certified safe for babies.

How will the mattress be packed and shipped?

Our Emma mattresses are cleverly packaged in an easy-to-move cardboard box. We use a special vacuuming process to gently compress and roll your mattress so that even the largest mattress can fit inside a box. This space-saving method allows you to move it around your home more easily upon delivery, is kinder to the environment, and takes up less space on our delivery trucks - allowing more efficient and faster transport to you!

Do Emma mattresses lose their shape over the years?

We rely on high-performance materials for our mattresses. In our state-of-the-art test lab in Frankfurt, Germany, we test the durability of our mattresses to ensure very little deformation (usually less than 5% change in height) after a period of 10 years. This ensures you get the same comfort and support throughout the whole expected life of the mattress.

Shouldn't I test a mattress first in person before purchasing?

We believe that our mattresses provide an exceptionally relaxing and comfortable sleep to 99% of our customers. We also want to make sure your mattress-buying experience is as simple and carefree as possible. That is why we offer our customers the chance to test the Emma Comfort Mattress for 150 days risk-free. If you do not enjoy it, simply email us, and we’ll pick it up free of charge.

How does the 150-Night Trial work?

You can test any Emma product purchased from us for 150 days to decide whether or not you are satisfied with them. If you realise that Emma is not right for you, simply contact our Emma Care Representatives at support@emma-mattress.com.au. We'll arrange a pick-up date and issue you a full refund. However, we do ask that you give yourself time to get used to your new mattress. We recommend testing Emma for at least 3 - 4 weeks before sending her back.
