Give it a little more time

Your new Emma mattress or pillow can feel a little different at first — and that's completely normal. Your body usually needs a good month or so to settle in, and the factory-fresh materials need time to soften and shape to you specifically. There's no need to make any decisions just yet because we offer a 150-night trial for all our products.

Starting the return process

Getting used to a new sleep setup takes time — and that's completely normal. Your body needs some time to adapt to the new support and pressure relief, and the materials need regular use to soften and settle in. We'd encourage giving it at least 4–6 weeks before making any calls. We want you to feel the full difference before you decide anything. If things still aren't working after that, you're always welcome to start a return under our returns policy — and our team may reach out beforehand to see if there's anything else we can do to help.
