Like all good things, our sleep products have a shelf life while rolled and boxed. They can only stay rolled and boxed for a limited period of time, after which their quality might be compromised.

To avoid this, we are running a special promo to clear out stock that are close to their expiration dates.

Don't worry! We'll replace any defective products you may receive, and this will be done at no cost to you.

Products bought from the clearance can only be returned for the following reasons:

- Manufacturing defect or damage from production

- Missing or damaged parts

- Inflation problems not caused by the customer

- Returns for reasons other than that stated above will not be accepted

For the same return reasons, customers can request a product exchange for the same product. The product cannot be exchanged for any other Emma product.
